Deep Dive
As a business owner it is our job to be the business owner.
Now you may be asking, “wtf does that mean?”
Well, a lot of the time as a business owner we find ourselves in the trenches doing the dirty work.
This is unacceptable.
If you are always doing the dirty work, in the trenches, and doing little task that produce no big results… How will you ever scale your business to the big numbers you want?
There are only three components you must optimize in order to have a successful business:
Appointments
Sales
Value Delivery
As a business owner it is YOUR job to work on these systems to refine them, optimize them, and make sure they are up to date.
The issue occurs when you as the business owner find yourself inside the system as the person doing the task to get the result.
Ex:
You’re sending cold emails to book appointments.
Unleveraged.
As a business owner it is your job to find the right people and put them in the right position to succeed.
So the question we must ask ourselves is who?
Who knows the best offers for my clients?
Who can generate the best appointments for myself and my clients?
Who can close deals the best?
Who knows how to deliver fast efficient results?
Who has a big network and tons of resources they can leverage?
Then go find those people.
