Opinion: This is the middle ground of knowledge and ignorance
A bit complex? Perhaps. However business isn’t this difficult to understand…
When we break business down to the fundamentals and talk about the ways we can make more money
There are only two things we can do:
Get more traffic
Increase our conversion rate
When it comes to physically putting more money in your pocket, these are the absolute only two things you can do.
So we want to optimize these things as much as possible.
Now there are 3 things we can do in our business to drive more traffic and increase conversions.
These are the 3 components that drive a business
Acquisition
Sales
Value
Acquisition means focusing on getting more traffic so you can get more appointments which you can potentially convert.
Sales means improving your sales process and conversion mechanisms to help you turn the traffic you’re getting into actual $$$
Value means providing a great service so you can get more traffic in the form of word of mouth and referrals which is much easier to convert
Simple.
If you’re ever confused about why you aren’t making money it’s going to be because of one or more of these three things.
So what should you do?
