If you are going to start a business, you need leverage.

Without leverage, don’t own a business, you own a job.

Arguably a job much worse than one you could find normally since the workload is significantly more demanding.

As humans, our time on earth is extremely limited.

Our goal is to spend our time building the mechanisms that bring us returns even when we aren’t working.

Utilizing leverage is how I do numbers like this:

There are 4 things we need to focus on to create value in our business and the businesses of our clients

  1. Sales + Marketing

  2. Service Delivery + Retention

  3. Unique Selling Proposition

  4. People + Talent

Building leveraged mechanisms for these 4 components isn’t just how you change your business…

… It’s how you change your life.
