When we create offer’s for our customers, we want to focus on value
We do this through utilizing Value Innovation.
Value innovation is created when an offer includes utility, correct pricing, and unique positioning.
You do this by understanding combing Overall Market desires with the unique problems faced by a niche, and then eliminated Overall Market Problems.
I’m currently working on a formula to define how to consistently create Unique selling propositions for any target market which will be released to the public in the near future.

Then understand the unique pain points that your niche faces
Ex of brick & mortar issues:
Struggles to book appointments and get them to actually show up to the appointment.
Can’t upsell high ticket backend offers
Can’t generate enough attention to reach new clientele
Then this will allow you to come up with a unique solution for your market that resonates with them completely.
Of course, by creating innovative value for your market you will receive all the benefits such as:
Charging more money up front
Generating better client results
Eliminating competition
This is why it’s so important you absolutely nail value innovation in your offer.
