When we create offer’s for our customers, we want to focus on value

We do this through utilizing Value Innovation.

Value innovation is created when an offer includes utility, correct pricing, and unique positioning.

You do this by understanding combing Overall Market desires with the unique problems faced by a niche, and then eliminated Overall Market Problems.

I’m currently working on a formula to define how to consistently create Unique selling propositions for any target market which will be released to the public in the near future.

But for now if you can understand the most common Market Problems which are:

  • Burnout

  • Can’t Scale

  • Bad Offer

  • Lack of Time

  • Lack of Resources

  • Business Slavery

  • Low Close Rate

  • Low Appt Booking Rate

As well as understand the most common Market Desires which are:

  • Wanting more time

  • Wanting more ales

  • Wanting ore Freedom

  • Wanting More growth

  • An innovative solution

  • Advantage over Competitors

  • Big Personal Brand

Then understand the unique pain points that your niche faces

Ex of brick & mortar issues:

  • Struggles to book appointments and get them to actually show up to the appointment.

  • Can’t upsell high ticket backend offers

  • Can’t generate enough attention to reach new clientele

Then this will allow you to come up with a unique solution for your market that resonates with them completely.

Of course, by creating innovative value for your market you will receive all the benefits such as:

  • Charging more money up front

  • Generating better client results

  • Eliminating competition

This is why it’s so important you absolutely nail value innovation in your offer.
