I’ll save you the story of how I bought agency navigator, failed miserably for over 17 months and cut straight to the point.

Long story short, I scaled my B2B agency to $106k/mo after a long time of f*cking things up.

Simply put the formula to success is knowledge combined with action produces results.

or

Knowledge x Action = Outcome.

The reason I failed for so long was simply because I just didn’t know what to do.

So here’s what I did…

The first thing was my offer.

What I was doing before was selling a mechanism instead of presenting a full solution for my clients.

What I did instead was solve the full gap.

Now everyone’s heard of Alex Hormozi’s $100M offers and how you should stack as much “value” as possible

But you want to stack value in the form of a “full solution” NOT a “full stack”

What does that mean?

A full stack of value looks like this:

As you can see you pretty much “do it all”

This is exactly what you DON’T want to do.

Instead, narrow down on the problem and create a full solution for that problem.

How I did this was by using something called The Leveraged Consultant Model

The Leveraged Consultant Model is about solving the full gap for your clients and combing coaching and agency elements into your offer.

In the simplest form, coaching elements are just knowledge you give to your cleints.

The knowledge can come in several forms such as:

  • Protocols

  • SOPs

  • Content

  • Framework

In the simplest form, agency elements are where you actually solve problems for your clients and implement solutions. (DFY)

Some examples of this are:

  • Growth Campaigns

  • Paid Ads

  • Appt Setters

  • Content Distribution systems

The reason you want to use both is because it give’s you leverage in your client fulfillment.

Why I stopped running a DFY agency

Since you are solving a full problem, this makes it easier for prospects to say yes, allows you to charge higher ticket, as well as get better results for clients.

Solving the full gap looks like this:

Define the initial situation, define the end goal, then bridge the gap on what needs to be done to get there.

Simply by doing this, you create yourself a USP (unique selling proposition) and separate yourself from 95% of your target market.
