Deep Dive
The main reason E-com Agency’s are so commoditized is because they are only selling single creatives or batching services together.
Example:
Ads + Creatives
Search + Social
CRO + Email
The truth is this doesn’t provide enough value for an ecom brand for them to pay you $8k-$15k per month or $15k-$30k up front as a set up fee.
In all honesty providing just things alone will most likely have you struggling to get paid a $2k-$6k per month retainer.
In order to consistently convert cold ecom brands who don’t know you, you need to provide a full solution.
When these brands hit a ceiling of lets say $100k per month and they want to be at $500k/mo or $1m/mo… It’s not going to be better creatives, better ad buying strategy or better emails.
So not only are you going to have a hard time selling an offer like that,
but you’re also going to get terrible results when it actually comes to servicing the client because they likely have other bottlenecks capping them out.
One specific thing will not get them to see success.
In order to solve for this, convert cold traffic consistently and charge ridiculously high prices… usually what we go ahead and do is offer the front end + back end.
Front end is everything that happens before they click on the ad.
Back end is everything that happens after they click on the ad.
How I Can Help You
If you’re ready to actually make this “online thing” actually work…
I'm currently doing walkthrough & implementation calls where i’ll design your 120 day business roadmap and show you how to implement the system that personally scaled me to $106k/mo
If you're curious to see if this would be a good fit, and have some spare time to give me then let's jump on a call.
