Although it’s extremely hard, it is also extremely rewarding.

All the pain you go through can be turned into passion, and then fortune.

Here’s exactly how I plan to build an empire worth over 8 figures in 2024.

1. The Founder Flywheel

Nathan Barry (founder of ConvertKit) defines three flywheel laws:

1. Activities in flywheels flow from one onto the next

2. Each rotation of the flywheel is easier than the last

3. Each rotation produces more than the previous rotation

What does this mean?

When you focus on flywheels, the impact of your work 10x’s.

As a founder, you want every action to multiply.

There should be a compounding effect on everything you do.

Building bulletproof systems unlock exponential growth in any business.

You need to build systems around:

• Your sales process

• Marketing campaigns

• Daily operations

If you do something more than once, it should be systematized.

Automate, eliminate, delegate to build your dream castle.

2. Smart Work

Hard work gets you off the ground.

Smart work takes you far.

How have I been working smart?

By building a community, and you should too.

I have been seeking out people who are just like me that want:

• To make more money

• Be financially free

• Achieve meaningful goals in life

And they are all on this newsletter.

Then, I consistently create content for this audience.

I built systems for ideation, creation, and distribution which has allowed my fanbase to continue to grow on autopilot.

3. Expansion

Now that I have my foundations set, I will begin expanding into different verticals.

The key point here is that I am not expanding into a new industry, but a new vertical.

A new industry wouldn’t make sense and would actually lose me a lot of time and money.

However, a new vertical that is somewhat similar to my current industry will allow for quick growth and expansion.

This is how we will continue to grow to the 8 figure mark.
