After going through it, I knew that “Yeah, never gonna do that again”, but my curious younger self didn’t know this, so I went down the rabbit hole,

I thought that this is gonna be my break-through on the agency scene, I was getting my hopes up,

Only for them to come crumbling down.

I went 17 months without earning a single penny and even went in the negative.

It wasn’t the funniest time I had, but it made me realize one thing.

DFY Agencies are something which you should avoid.

And I’m not telling you this, because DFY Agencies are secretly money-generating machines and don’t want you to also make one, because I don't’ want any competition,

It’s actually quite the opposite.

I want to save your from them, because they’re literally gonna break you,

Let me explain.

You see, when you have a Done-For-You offer, the buyer just has to pay the invoice and relax,

Meanwhile you have to take care of everything.

Sales, Marketing, Finances, Client acquisition, and everything a business consists of,

You become the CEO of their business essentially.

You have to work on your business and your clients business simultaneously,

You’re going to get 100% of the blame if you don’t succeed,

You’re going to have to work for crazy hours every day and be stressed out all the time.

Scaling 2 or more agencies at the same time is no easy task by any means.

Taking all these factors into place, no wonder why DFY Agencies are one of the hardest to run and scale.

Even your favorite gurus like Charlie Morgan, Iman Gadzhi and Alex Hormozi are running DIY and DWY Agencies.

But this doesn’t mean that you can’t be successful,

After I quit my DFY Agency I was able to create the systems and infrastructures that allow me to do numbers like,
