Deep Dive

Yesterday I made $6200.

The day before that I made $2900.

This week so far I have already made over $10k, and it’s just Wednesday morning.

So, how am I able to do this?

When starting an online business, there are genuinely only 5 things you need to focus on.

1. Unique Selling Proposition
   
   This is how you present the problem you are solving to business owners and why you are unique from the rest of the market.
   
   In order to separate myself from online businesses I use something called the Leveraged Consultant Offer Framework.
   
   This allows me to combine the elements of an agency and a consulting business into one which allows me to not only be unique in the market, but also have a leveraged fulfillment model
   

2. Lead Generation
   
   This is how you go about gaining awareness and attention toward you, yourself, and your offer.
   
   It’s important to set up as many acquisition channels as possible.
   
   Not only will this make it easier for you to get tons of clients, but it also makes your business more valuable overall since you aren’t dependent on one channel to get clients.
   

3. Acquisition
   
   This is the systems you have in place for turning leads into actual booked appointments.
   
   Here you can have an automations, an appointment setter, email sequences, and other conversion mechanisms in place to make someone want to get on a call with you.
   

4. Sales
   
   This is how you go about converting the clients you get once you’re actually on the phone with them.
   
   Your sales process, script, and even how you nurture them before their on the call with you.
   

5. Service Delivery.
   
   Great, you’ve got them.
   
   But the job isn’t finished…
   
   Now you have to figure out how to deliver value and give them the solution you promised.
   

That’s it.

Just 5 easy steps that allows me to make on average $3k every single day.

Now if you’re just starting out, this may seem over whelming or complicate

but being able to own a business like this that provides you enough money so that you can hire the best team to do the work for you isn’t comparable to any feeling in the world.
