The Psychology of Money in 3 Minutes
Quick read on the 2 human emotions that will your life.
Many people have a love hate relationship with money.
One week they’re rich, the next week bills come and they’re back to square one.
When it comes to money it’s important to understand the two greatest emotional drivers that drive all money transactions.
I’ll touch on those shortly…
But why do some people want to make money while others could care less if they are rich or poor.
Money scripts.
These are unconscious beliefs about money that stem from your childhod experiences.
How did your parents treat you regarding money when you were younger?
What global events happened during your life.
For many of us, covid was the biggest.
How does this change our perspective?
During covid we saw the most amount of money ever get printed in history.
Over 44% of the entire currency in the world was printed during this time period.
Everyone was rich.
It was the easiest period in time to make money. Ever.
So if you lived in this time period and were able to understand how money works, you most likely made ridiculous amounts of money.
But if you didn’t, this time period most likely opened your eyes to the potential amount of money you could make if you had your shit together.
Like it did to me.
Let’s touch on the two emotions that drive all money transactions.
Fear.
Greed.
Fear is associated with the avoidance of loss or the potential for negative outcomes.
Greed, on the other hand, is driven by the desire for wealth and the pursuit of gains.
These are the two emotions that drive all human behavior related to money.
How can you use these to your advantage?
First you need to have a product or service. Something to sell.
Once you do, you now understand that people will buy your product or service by being driven from these two emotions.
Ask yourself:
What pain are people moving away from when wanting to purchase from me?
What desire are they trying to gain by purchasing from me?
Once you know these answers like the back of your hand, you will be able to sell anyone in your niche of clientele on your product.
Now you can begin your wealth transfer.
If you don’t come from a rich family, a rich family must come from you.
