Today we’re talking about how I use science & psychology to make a bit over $100k+ per month

Deep Dive
Let’s start by defining each of these terms
When i say science i mean the data and math models we use to understand the health of our business.
When I say psychology i mean the elements of persuasion we incorporate to our business to increase our performance.
An example of this would be
Science: would be a metric such as the fact we have a 50% appt booking rate
Psychology: If we add certain things and elements of persuasion into our indoctrination sequence, more people will show up to our calls.
Make sense?
So if you don’t know I run my main agency and I also do coaching on the side.
My main agency currently has been doing $80k-$90k/mo for the past 3 months which is a bit shy of our record breaking $106k/mo from march

However, I also make $40k-$50k/mo from revenue share of the agency’s I partner with that do numbers like this:

So in this email i’ll tell you exactly how I make a bit over $100k/mo total from all my revenue streams by utilizing science & psychology
some important front end metrics you need to track then an example of using psychology to increase a metric
Here are some metrics:
CPL (cost per lead)
CPBC (cost per booked call)
GFR (good fit rate)
SUR (show up rate)
SCR (sales conversion rate)
Great.
Now let’s take an example
We have a show up rate of 24%
Pretty abysmal, but many business owners find themselves in this exact situation because most people don’t create a reason for people to show up and speak with them.
Here’s two things I personally did when my show up rate was low:
Introduce a new indoctrination sequence
I created a 9 step email sequence that hit prospects from many different angles.
The angles I wanted to use were pain, time, effort, dream outcome & social proof

So we put in emails that covered each of these and absolutely flooded them with our best case studies and testimonials.Introduce multiple touchpoint angles
It’s a known fact certain people prefer different methods of communication.
Call, text, email, etc.
So what we did was introduce voicemails, different sms sequences, and a new method of getting people to watch our VSL.
This way it didn’t matter what their preferred method of communication was because we utilized ALL of them.
