“Another 10 hour day, man i’m exhausted”

I had just finished another day of working till exhaustion.

The entire day I was running around

fixing problems,

attending meetings,

assisting clients,

even helping with new problems that seemingly happened out of no where…

If you’re the CEO of your company, it’s very likely you’re ALWAYS busy.

But when i looked at my todo list I had barely scratched anything off.

Many people work hard all day, but it doesn’t mean they’re making more money.

You can work 12 hours a day for the next 6 months and still be at the exact same place you are today.

You have to work on the right things.

It’s weird that we relate hard work to more money when that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Crazy thing is, all we want to do as business owners is make more money, but we rarely actually do the things that make us more money.

So what actually makes us business owners more money?

Doing activities with leverage.

We should always be aiming to perform activities where we give an input but receive an outsized return

Here’s a few examples of those activities…

Stuff that makes money:

  • Content

  • Paid ads

  • Outreach

  • Improving conversion mechanisms (VSL’s, webinar’s, sales call’s, newsletter’s, lead magnets, and more.)

  • Improving offer

  • Improving fulfilment so people stay longer and buy more stuff

Outside of these things, there isn’t much to do that will more you more money.

My best tip to give you is you will never be able to outrun the rat race of being a CEO, you’re still going to have BS you need to attend to.

How I manage it is by waking up at 5am everyday and giving myself a 6-7 hour work block where I only do things that will move the needle forward.

It is only after 12pm that I allow myself the wear the “CEO hat”

If I didn’t do this, I’d definitely be busy

Busy being stuck in the same place…

So if you want to do more money making, do this daily:

  • 30 Minutes Per Day Working On Webinar, Training, VSL Or Case Study Funnel

  • 60 Minutes Per Day Creating And Improving Lead Magnets

  • 30 Minutes Per Day Prospecting And Managing Outreach responses

  • 30 Minutes Per Day of Team Training

  • 60 Minutes Per Day Creating Content

  • 30 Minutes Per Day Creating New Ads And Testing Copy

  • 60 Minutes Per Day Creating New/Improving Products

This is literally 5 hours per day.

5 hours to get ahead of 99% of business owners.

5 hours to have the business you’ve always dreamed of

5 hours to be financially free.

You don’t even have to work weekends.

Side note: The average self made millionaire works 59 hours per week

If you don’t know how to do one of the things on the list, then the time you would’ve spent doing the thing is replaced by learning how to do it.
