How SMMA Made Me Broke

Running a complicated DFY Agency is not the play anymore.

When I switched my approach, i got 92 clients in 90 days.


The main tactic I used?

Leveraged Consulting is about solving the full gap for your client,

combining DWY, DFY, and DIY elements into your service delivery, and positioning yourself as not just any regular agency owner, but instead a business partner.

If you come across as everybody else, your prospects will treat you like everybody else.

A commodity.

They’ve seen it a million times and they’re tired.

This ultimately closes them off to any help you might be able to offer, no matter how effective it is.

Whereas Leveraged Consulting sends a signal to prospects that “i’m not like them”

And since you come off as a business partner it sends a signal to your prospects:

“I’m willing to help you, but i’m not willing to chase you

It makes it easier for prospects to say yes, allows you to charge higher ticket (since you’re solving more problems), and get better results

I always tell clients before they implement anything new into their business they should ask themselves:

Does this position me as different, or the same as everybody else in the market…

If it’s the same, there’s no script in the world that can fix that problem.

Because the problem is NEVER the script.

The problem is how to present yourself, and communicate your solution to the market.
