Structuring a Scalable Fulfillment Model

Today we’re going to talk about how to structure a delivery model you can actually scale

The first thing we need to understand is the actual goal of our service delivery.

Our goal is to deliver a desired outcome for our clients

  1. As fast as possible

  2. As easy as possible

In order to accomplish this, we need to build a solution that is:

  1. As simple as possible

  2. As leveraged as possible

So how do we do that?

We design a high valued solution by understand the desired goal of our clients.

There will typically be multiple problems in the way preventing them from achieving their desired situation.

You then build the mechanism to solve each of these problems and present it to the client as the full solution.

Here’s an example of how Alex Hormozi did it:

Note: you want to have a healthy balance between DWY, DFY, and DIY mechanisms.

This will allow you to achieve the maximum amount of leverage in your solution while still not sacrificing actual client satisfaction and client results.

This lead me to understand that the most leveraged solution was in creating a Leveraged Consultant Offer.

Leveraged Consulting is about solving the full gap for your client and then combining coaching and agency elements into your offer.

In it’s simplest form, coaching is just the exchange of information for money.

This can be delivered in the form of

  • Protocols

  • SOPs

  • Content

  • Frameworks

In the simplest form, the agency model is just the exchange of service for money.

This is where you actually implement systems & infrastructure for your clients such as:

  • Growth Campaign Installation

  • Paid Ads

  • Appt Setters

  • Content Distribution Systems

The Leveraged Consultant Offer framework gives us a more leveraged fulfillment model.

This allows us to achieve scale much faster.

But since we are business owners that actually care about results, we will have a healthy balance between leverage and results.

What’s next after this?

As a business owner it is our job to put the correct people in the correct positions in order for them to succeed.

The next question we must ask ourselves is who?

Who knows the best offers for my clients?

Who can generate the best appointments for myself and my clients?

Who can close deals the best?

Who knows how to deliver fast efficient results?

Who has a big network and tons of resources they can leverage?

Then go find those people.
