So we’re going to be going over step by step by step how to create a successful business in any industry at all

1. Choose Your Target Market

Who will you be solving problems for?

2. Figure out the problem they are facing

What is a driving pain point for this market that you can provide a tangible solution for

3. Create a tangible solution for the market

Create a tangible solution by outlining their initial situation and comparing it to their desired situation.

Understand the steps in between their initial situation and their desired end goal.

Then list out each step and create a mechanism to solve for each step.

4. Understand KPIs

Now that you have a solution, the next step is simply getting as many eye balls as physically possible on your solution.

Map out the following KPI’s:

- How many clients do I need to hit $XX,XXX per month?
- How many sales calls do I need to close that amount of clients?
- How many appointments do I need to get that amount of sales calls?
- How many leads do I need to get that amount of appointments?
- How much attention do I need to get that amount of leads?


Just like this you will now know EXACTLY what you need to do at a foundational level to achieve ANY goal that you set.

Now the rest of the work is just doing the inputs to achieve the goal you want.

There are three ways you can generate the inputs to achieve your goal now:

1. Cold Outreach

Here, simply choose your mechanism

Emails, cold calls, DMs

Then understand how many outreaches you need to send to get a lead.

Then do as many outreaches as you need to hit your target for leads

2. Organic Posts

Here, you are simply creating content

At first you won’t know how much content you need to post to generate leads.

So just start posting as much content as possible and you will find out.

Then understand the numbers and post as much content as you need to hit your target.

3. Paid Ads

This is where you spend money and the social platforms do the delegation and the deliver your message for you.

Understand how much your cost per lead is in dollars.

Do everything you can to lower the CPL every day.

- New creatives
- New text copy
- New messaging angles

Then understand the numbers and spend what you need to spend to hit your target.

This is as simple as it gets to build a great business in any niche, industry, or vertical that you choose.
