First, you need an onboarding system not only for your clients but for your new employees.

With your onboarding system you want to structure it in a way that allows the client to receive a quick win.

Ideally something quick you can do that provides a big impact within the first 48 hours.

Client communication is extremely important.

You want to train your CSM (client success manager) on the exact things they should be saying to clients so the client feels that you and your team are on top of things and genuinely care about them.

With your delivery system, break down everything you do for a client when it comes to service delivery

Then make trainings and tutorials on how to complete each step.

It’s crucial you have a delivery system that is consistent and repeatable for each client.

Having a delivery system that’s consistent and repeatable stems from your offer.
