What's been going on lately in my agency

New closer, systems, operations, hiring

This past week has been quite a busy one.

On this newsletter i’ll just give you a catch up.

So, we’re in the home stretch of Q4 and this is where things always get hectic.

For some reason I notice November and December are always the best months to make money online for the industry’s i’m in.

For my main agency, I hired a new closer as we’ve been getting a ridiculous amount of calls lately.

Sometimes 12-15 calls per day for just one closer.

So lately what’s been taking up all my time is making sure we have the right operational infrastructure to handle all the clients we’ve been getting.

I understand the most important part is developing the client experience & client journey.

I want to make it so that anyone who pays my company money feels that the value and experience they receive is above and beyond expectation.

However, what this has ALSO allowed me to do is implement new ways to increase LTV from my clients.

I’ve been implementing new upsells and cross-sells, since they are so pleased with the experience, they just buy on the spot.

The best part? These upsells are monthly-recurring-purchases.

That’s what I love.

This means we have a high ticket offer they purchase to join us, 2 monthly reoccurring upsells, and on top of that we get back-end rev share for results.

Now the systems I’ve been implementing lately truly make me happy.

This is because your business is simply LTV/CAC

How much does it cost you to get a customer?

How much is that customer worth?

Then you just repeat that over and over again.

But the cool thing is that i’m raising my LTV 3x-5x through this process.

Not to mention even more from the simple fact we build a great customer experience and get exceptional results.

The main thing I continue to understand is just how important it is to have the right talent on your team.

And not just the right talent, but the right talent doing the right things.

This is often called “the right people in the right seats”.

So on top of working on all the back end operations to make sure they’re smooth, I’ve been really focusing on our hiring systems and the processes we’re using to get A players on our team.
