The most unleveraged task a business owner can do in your business.

Manual outreach is a dangerous thing to do because it feels like you’re making progress.

But you’re actually regressing.

You spend a lot of hours,

You send  a lot of dms, emails, calls

You get some responses.

You start getting sales calls.

It becomes hard to take sales calls as well as do manual outreach.

You finally close a client.

Your outreach completely stops since you don’t have time to fulfill for the client and continue to do outreach.

To some people this may seem like a foreign subject

If you just get someone else to do your outreach - you will have the time to do everything else that's important for your business.

What people don’t understand is outreach is the most unleveraged activity business owners can do.

I’m not saying don’t do outreach.

I’m saying get someone else to do it.

This means leveraging human capital (appt setters)

Or leveraging code and media (social apps)

Code and media is the closing thing to ultimate leverage you will achieve.

This is called leverage.

Remember, you started a business to be a business owner.
